Minister of State in Charge of Constitutional and Legal Affairs. Over the past 6 years, Dr. Musafiri was the Executive Director of the Strategy and Policy Council (SPC) in the Office of the President of the Republic of Rwanda. Prior to that, Minister Mukeshimana worked at International Livestock Institute, MINAGRI, and the National University of Rwanda.
